Mallard Fillmore is a mostly unfunny, right leaning cartoon strip drawn by a guy from Columbus. He did this one yesterday about a sleazebag judge from Columbus. The Republic refused to run it but it’s a national syndicated strip and this ran in newspapers all over the country. Hilarious.
